Fabric Shop Profile Features

Fabric Shop Profile Features

QuiltInk offers several features for fabric shops to maximize their usage and expand their business. Take advantage of these features to showcase your fabrics and offer new services.

1. Upload unlimited printed fabrics. As a fabric shop subscriber, you have the advantage of uploading an unlimited number of printed fabrics. Unlike the basic user account, which only allows for 10 printed fabrics, you now have the freedom to showcase your entire collection without any restrictions.

2. Create unlimited custom palettes. With the fabric shop subscription, you can create an unlimited number of custom palettes. Unlike the basic user account, which only allows for one basic palette, these custom palettes can be tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, you have the ability to activate them for public coloring, making them accessible to users and designers. These enhanced palettes, known as Super palettes, provide you with greater flexibility and promotional opportunities.

3. Make your custom palettes public: All fabric shop plans allow you to make your custom palettes public with no limits. This means that any user or designer can use your fabrics to color their patterns and then visit your shop to purchase them.

4. Create kits with QuitlInk patterns and feature them on your profile page. Fabric Shops on QuitlInk have the unique opportunity to create kits by combining the patterns uploaded by designers with your own fabrics. These kits will be showcased on the Fabric Shops’ profile page as well as on the patterns main page with a yellow circle. Users on QuitlInk will be able to color these kits using only the fabrics from the Fabric Shop and custom palettes.

In the future, we are planning to enhance this feature by allowing designers to specify fabric requirements for each pattern, making it easier for Fabric Shops to prepare the kits. This will streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience for both the Fabric Shops and customers.

5. Embed your kits into your website and obtain direct links to each of your patterns. This feature allows you to make the coloring service of your kits more accessible to your customers by integrating it directly into your website. By embedding the kits, visitors to your website can easily access and color the patterns without needing to navigate to a separate platform. You can also use the direct link to redirect your customers directly to your kits.

6. Upload private patterns. As a Fabric Shop subscriber, and if your plan includes it, you have the option to upload private patterns to QuiltInk. This feature allows you to add patterns that are not already available on the platform, giving you the flexibility to plan kits for patterns that are not uploaded by the designers themselves. Private patterns are exclusively for your use and cannot be activated for public coloring or shared with anyone on QuitlInk. This feature enables you to curate and offer unique services to your customers, enhancing your fabric shop’s offerings.

7. Remember to fill in the information about your business on your public profile page. This includes adding a photo, description, and external links. Additionally, make sure to provide detailed information for each kit, including a description, photos, and a link to your shopping website where customers can purchase the fabrics. By completing these details, you enhance your visibility on the QuiltInk platform and provide potential customers with valuable information about your business. The more information they have, the better it is for your business.

8.  Your business highlighted in different QuiltInk sections plus a profile page with your kits, fabrics and info, As a Fabric Shop, you will be listed on the info page alongside other fabric shops. Your public palettes are visible on all coloring pages in QuiltInk, except for kits set up by other Fabric Shops.
