QuiltInk Challenge Dec24

This December, we’re excited to wrap up the year with a new challenge that will spark your creativity and fill your projects with seasonal charm! This month, we’re celebrating the Winter Magic palette, created by QuiltInk. It’s a beautiful blend of cool blues, rich purples, and soft pinks, perfect for bringing winter-inspired designs to life.

 

Before we dive in, let’s congratulate the winner of November’s challenge, LacyBlum, who won a 12 FQ Bundle of the beautiful Land of Enchantment fabric collection, designed by Becca of Becca Plymale Creative. What an inspiring entry!

The Winter Magic palette, featuring cool blues, rich purples, and soft pinks, from the KONA Cotton Solids by Robert Kaufman palette, is perfect for capturing the serene and enchanting essence of winter. The cool blues evoke the crisp, clear skies of winter days, while the deep purples and soft pinks reflect the beauty of a frosty sunset or the gentle hues of snow-covered landscapes. Together, these colors create a magical and calming atmosphere, making them ideal for quilts and projects that embrace the season’s tranquil charm.

How to participate
 
1. Access to www.quiltink.com, sign in or create your free account.
2. Choose a pattern from the main page.
3. Color the pattern using the challenge palette, it’s the first palette in solid palettes list.
4. Share your mock-up on our #quiltinkwall.
 
5. Boost your chances creating a post or story on Instagram, mentioning @quilt_ink , and tagging #QuiltInkChallengeDec24. It counts as 2 entries in the giveaway.
 

Prize: “Befriending colors” On-Demand Course by Carolina Oneto.

One winner will learn how to create their own palettes!
 
Selection: On Jaunary 1st, we will pick 1 mock-up randomly chosen between all the mock-ups in the Wall made with the QuiltInk Challenge Dec24 palette (the ones with the gift icon).
