By subscribing to QuiltInk, you can place your fabrics on our platform for users and designers to color their quilt patterns. But that’s not all! QuiltInk offers you the possibility to set up Kits with the patterns hosted in QuiltInk! Here are all the key features you can expect:
- Create unlimited custom palettes.
- Upload unlimited printed fabrics.
- Make public your custom palettes with your fabrics in the coloring pages to be used by any user or designer.
- Select QuiltInk patterns to prepare kits and feature them on your exclusive profile page.
- Exclusive fabric availability on your kits restricting the palettes to your public palttes and users private palettes.
- Upload private patterns for exclusive coloring in a private mode. See terms and conditions about these patterns below.
- Experience a 5-day free trial period when you first subscribe to one of our profiles with QuiltInk. Please note that the trial is exclusive to your initial subscription and subsequent renewals will not include a trial period.
- Get a public personal profile page, with a badge indicating you are one of our Fabric Shops, to display your fabrics, kit patterns, mock-ups, and business information.
- Get a private profile page, where to manage your custom palettes, your private patterns, your subscription relinking to a Stripe page, and your info as Fabric Shops (pretty name, photo, description, contact information, …)
- Include links to the shopping webpage at the coloring pages when users access them from your exclusive page.
- Access to a selection of tutorials exclusively for Fabric Shops to help you with all the features active in the platform.
- Receive live-time support for any question or assistance you need.
- We will help promote your business by announcing the activation of a new palette or creation of a new kit in the QuiltInk’s news section, YouTube channel, and Instagram. This service is not available during the trial period.
- Suggest new options to be added to QuiltInk to improve the app and help your business. We are always happy to hear from you!
The subscription fee for our service is based on if you want only unlimited fabrics, fabrics and kits and the number of private patterns you want to upload to QuiltInk. Choose to pay on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. Check the next step of the subscription process to know more about the current plans and prices.

Terms and Conditions
- Fabric Shops are allowed to upload to QuiltInk only the fabrics that are available for sale in their shops. Those are the fabrics the shop currently sells, regardless of whether they are in stock or not.
- Patterns uploaded by Fabric Shops must be purchased directly from a designer or a website where the designer is selling their patterns. or obtain the permission directly from the designer without a purchase. Proof of purchase or permission may be required before QuiltInk can work on the patterns and place them in the Fabric shop’s account.
- Fabric Shops can upload their own patterns to color in a private mode, which must be their own original work, and not a copy from an already existing pattern.
- QuiltInk reserves the right to remove any pattern that violates copyright or other intellectual property laws.
- Patterns uploaded by Fabric Shops are private and exclusive for the Fabric Shops’s use. There is not the possibility to make them public in QuiltInk or share them with other users.
- The patterns uploaded can be with any quilting technique: traditional piecing, curve piecing, with templates, foundation paper piecing, english paper piecing, appliqué and improv patterns.
- No limit of diagrams for each pattern. Upload all the pattern sizes and/or layouts.
- The patterns need to be in PDF or vectorial format. QuiltInk only needs the coloring sheet to create the diagram for your pattern.
- Patterns submitted to QuiltInk are not immediately available for coloring in the app. After receiving the files from the Fabric Shop, the QuiltInk team will work on them to create the necessary files with features that are compatible with the app. The processing time may vary from a few hours to 1-2 days depending on the complexity of the pattern, as well as the number of sizes and layouts uploaded. The QuiltInk team will be in contact with the Fabric Shops to provide updates.
- When one private pattern has been on QuitlInk for more than one year, it can be disabled and replaced for a new pattern. The Fabric Shops can have enabled in QuiltInk the number of patterns established by the plan subscribed.
- During 5-day free trial period, all subscription features are available except for public announcements of uploaded fabrics. When the trial period reaches the end, the paid period chosen will start. During the Trial period the Fabric shop will be able to upload the number of patterns established in the Plan chosen, but only one pattern and one size will be prepared by QuiltInk so the Fabric Shops can test the QuiltInk features and see if it suits their expectations. When the trial plan finishes and the subscription is not cancelled, the other patterns will be worked on by QuiltInk team.
- To complete the subscription process, Fabric Shops are required to provide necessary data and payment information. This data will be kept secure and will not be shared with any third parties except Stripe, which manages subscriptions and payments. Email addresses may be used by QuiltInk to send informational emails and to communicate about service-related matters.
- If you are from the European Union, and have an European VAT number you won’t pay the VAT (IVA). Customers from out EU don’t pay any VAT.
- The Fabric Shop can upgrade/downgrade or cancel the subscription at any moment at the «My Plan» section in “person” icon at the top bar of the profile page. The upgrade/downgrade will be automatically applied. Early cancellation does not result in a refund of fees paid. A subscription cancellation will be effective at the end of the period already paid.
- If a subscription is wanted to be downgraded, and your number of private patterns exceeds the number of patterns the new plan allows you, you will need to disable some of your patterns.
- The disabletation of kits from a downgrade or cancellation of a subscription means that the Fabric Shop can’t color the pattern, but all the kit information with the color layouts will be saved in QuiltInk, so in the future they can be accessed again by subscribing to a new plan or upgrading the current plan active. QuiltInk users will be able to see the mockups in their profile pages and export them, but not edit the coloring.
- The disabletation of private patterns from a downgrade or cancellation of a subscription means that the Fabric Shop can’t color the pattern, but the skeletons and all your color layouts will be saved in QuiltInk, so in the future they can be accessed again by subscribing to a new plan or upgrading the current plan active.
- If a subscription is cancelled, the Fabric shop account won’t be reverted to a basic user account automatically, they will keep the Fabric Shop status, but with any of the subscription features active. They will keep receiving the emails with information for all the Fabric Shops about any news. The “My Plans” section will remain visible to access their billing history. If any Fabric Shop wants its account to be reverted to a basic user account, they need to make the petition sending an email to info@quiltink.com
- If Stripe is unable to process a payment, QuiltInk will contact the Fabric Shop to resolve the issue. Failure to respond or resolve the issue may result in manual cancellation of the subscription.
- If a Fabric Shop violates QuiltInk’s policies (e.g. uploading fabrics with offensive messages, spreading negative messages about QuiltInk, taking actions against QuiltInk, or engaging in any other inappropriate behavior), QuiltInk reserves the right to cancel their subscription and remove their Fabric Shop status and user account.
- QuiltInk may adjust subscription fees over time in accordance with the IMF’s yearly world average price increases. Fabric shops will be notified of any fee changes by email and any changes will not affect ongoing subscription periods.
- QuiltInk may change these terms and conditions at any time and will notify Fabric Shops via email of any changes.
